Krashing Back into the Scene

We have not seen these guys in action in ages! 2015-2016 has had a resurgence of local rock bands, from Jointpop to Tie Dye Kitty but Krash ... we believed we had it on good authority that these guys were done. The Carters were on their own beat, Dax frequently playing with Orange Sky after the band broke up. Vince was cranking new tunes in the SKE band, these progressions seemed to allude to the unlikelihood of the band ever reforming.  Little did we know they were planning their big come back in the shadows.

This little bugger was caught scuttling around Facebook. While we were excited to see a show with Orange Sky and Incert Coin on stage the return of Krash is what really came as the shocker.

There's definitely some favoritism for this talented quintet on my part. They delivered powerful clean vocals with that hard rock vibe I personally love to hear. Back in their performing days they were one of the bands I really enjoyed having on stage. Amongst the bands that could make a comeback I can't say there is one I would prefer over Krash. I can't wait to see how this reformation will affect this powerhouse group. No doubt they have upped their game. How many other presumably dead skeleton bands will reassemble before the year is out?
